You look mah-velous!  But, dare I say that the most wonderful thing is that you sound so happy with yourself?  Rock on, Eva!

Ty  what really surprises me is the definition .   I think its from having a constant  blood sugar rather than insulin swings  ....

I never used to be defined before  even when I was relatively thin...   i love it !

You look fabulous and I can't wait till I can wear cropped pants again.  And you do have some great definition.  How much and what sort of exercise do you do?

Cheers from Karin (in Oz)

basically mostly gardening these days (  I hate to admit  it )  .  But I have a Great foundation  from  being a serious high school athlete  and working out almost 4 hours a day  for 3 varsity and Jv   mens sports  ... all of  which I started on ..  (mens varsity  ice hockey ,  mens JV lacrosse ,and  varsity cross country running  for which I set the state record for ..that stood for a number of years even as a fat chick  lol

so they were serious workouts .   I really think exercise  is like money in the bank ...  it takes a WHILEto build the muscle but Ull always have the shape  and the calorie burning capability   and the ability to access that power  ...

Ill still  go out for a blade  one or twice  a week ... and thats usually  32  miles  or so  rollerblading at full speed .

I like to run ..  so Ill do a mini run if I have time -  about 3.5 miles  in  a half  hour or so .

and then i do alot of stretching against doorways ...  doorway pushups ...  that sort of thing  while im working  at the puter all day ..

honestly though  , nothing like moving ten cubic yards of dirt and building a retaining wall  out of concrete blocks to  give ya  a nice upper body and core workout lol !
