Ok im gonna start it before I forget ...

2 protein coffees

pan of shake n baked prawns

protein tea

radishes from the garden

arugula broccoli radish tops ( salad on the hoof)

glass of red wine

egg whites one yolk and half an artisanal garlic baguette ith melted fat free cheddar cheese on top

half giant crunchy apple sliced and slowly munched in front of tv ( chewed a thousand times so not to offend the pouchie )

bit of white chocolate sugarfree fat free jello " mousse " made w skim milk and fat free whipped cream... honestly too sweet for me but land lord loved it

probably popcorn later

having a SHAMELESS watching marathon .... talk about badly behaving men lol ! Petting my kitty and thoroughly enjoying my Man - less weekend Hopefully hiking a mountain tomorrow with friends .

Thanks for starting M&M!!!!!   I just got home from our yearly neighborhood sale expedition and I forgot to do it before I left this morning.  It's something my DD and I do every year and we have so much fun.

Breakfast:  Mint Cookie Protein Drink
S:  piece of cheese
S:  apple slices (DGD ate the inside and I ate the peels and whatever applie was left)
L:  Chicken Salad on Arnold's wheat thin bread

I haven't been good about posting...here's my day.

MENU
Protein coffee
cream of wheat packet
5 chips with cottage cheese
4 pretzels with peanut butter
1 1/2 scoop Nectar Lemon Tea protein drink
1/2 scoop protein powder with coffee
(still have dinner to go)

I'm trying to focus on protein today because yesterday was insane. I was craving salt and chocolate and gave in to it with gardettos and salted chocolate bars. Needless to say, I felt like complete crap last night.
