...my 2nd protein coffee and waiting patiently for you guys to wake up. Ok, wake up!

What's on the agenda today? Let's see...working on the grocery list, doing laundry, clutter control and vacuuming, need to pull some weeds and maybe spread some lawn treatment stuff. Oh, and I think I'll go through the Windows 7 tutorial today.

What's on your to-do lists today?

Y'all have a great Saturday!

Workdays at the horse show grounds getting ready for next weekend both Sat and Sun this weekend.  I am so happy to not be the organizer next year so I can actually come to play instead of working the whole time.

Good Morning, Gina!

Happy Saturday.....The is shinning

I have a hair appointment this morning nothing drastic, just a cut and color.  Hoping to get out to pull those darn weed that are growing rampantly in my flower beds but that is only if everything dries from all the rain as my lil many will want to help.

I need to food shop as usual and  I am thinking hibachi for dinner,  a fun treat for the family.   Oh and tons of laundry.  I just stripped all the beds including the mattress covers so tons of laundry.

That's it for us...just happy to see sun.

Have a great day!

Today is busy busy busy for me.  I have to get all my chores done today, and tomorrow afternoon I have to travel for work.

This is my first time traveling for work since surgery.  My normal work situation is really comfortable, and I have no problem getting my meals/snacks every 2 or 3 hours.  Unfortunately the hotel I'll be at doesn't have a fridge, and I'm assuming no fridge at my training.

I've stocked up on packets of peanutbutter and protein bars, but I'll miss my cheese and Greek yogurt.

If you tell the hotel that you need a mini fridge for medical reasons, I suspect they will find one for you. They probably will charge a bit extra but to have one would be worth it.

Kimberly, I travel almost every week and never have a problem with the frig request for medical reasons.  Most of the time it is provided free.  I also ask the front desk about the location of the closest grocery.  80% of the time, I can buy my cheese and yogurt on the road.  Good luck!

Clutter control and swapping out shower heads. When we moved in, we replaced the standard heads with handicap accessible ones. Well, one is dying. The unused bath has a much better one than the one I took off so we are swapping them today. Also, our spare bedroom that is functioning as "attic storage" needs cleaning up again.

And I found more clothes to sort thru.

Really not sure what is going on today, I know the Chesapeake Jubilee is in town so that is a possibility or maybe even the beach. I dont know. DH may have to travel to Richmond to sit with one of his "trainees" hush hush stuff.... So as of right now, I am trying to wake my DD so I can hear about prom and after prom and drinking my protein coffee, I have really come to enjoy my morning lattes...

Just finished round 100 of updating my resumes.  I've had some great help with them and really like the way they've turned out.  Created 3 different ones for different jobs/situations.  Maybe I'll get a call now...

Going with my sis today to help with annual fundraiser for her non-profit organization.  The weather will be GORGEOUS for a change.

Tried on all my capris and shorts yesterday while packing - BLEK  as Diana would say - they fit SO different this year.  Can definitely tell I've put some padding on in my butt.  So where they fit me in the hips/butt, they have a huge gap in the waist.  Wasn't like that last year (and that was even post TT).

So I was pleasantly surprised when I managed to get into some cute jean board shorts and they still fit decent.

Time to get into the shower then off we go!  Hope everyone has a great day!

Doggie to the groomer to get shaved, first trip to Target since surgery (I think I have been avoiding as this was one of my favorite places to buy "junk" food!), a massage at the student massage school (yeah!!), maybe mowing my lawn, washing the capris I bought yesterday at goodwill and salvation army (always on the hunt now due to changing sizes), AND need to CLEAN MY HOUSE!!!!!!

Will read my book sometime as well.....
