that sucks. At least they caught the error before it affected your surgical recovery tho. Not that it makes it any better, just saying....

Carolyn I am SO sorry about this. It was their fault. But try to remember, it IS going to happen and it will be perfect and you will be safe to have the surgery. Good luck.
