I have lost 100 POUNDS!!

Jumped on the scale this am and I have hit 163.....100 lbs down from my highest weight!!

I am proud of myself but the big question resounding in my head is HOW DID I LET MYSELF GET THAT WAY! I know depression had a part in it as well as happiness....crazy I know :) But I have always found comfort from food in good times and bad.

I really didn't see what I actually looked like...I thought of myself as curvy. HA!!! We can really fool ourselves huh??

My life is so different now...yes, I still battle with depression but I handle it in a healthy way now. Tonight I am going dancing and next weekend we are going zip lining. Today I am celebrating my new healthy self!!

Thanks so much for all your help on my journey!! I appreciate you all so much!

Wow, 100 is terrific, plus you are getting really close to goal.

Yeah, I wonder the same thing, and plan on never letting it happen again.

Congratulations on reaching such an important milestone!!!!

I often ask myself what happened and the answer is totally mindless eating.
