During the honeymoon period "Bad" carbs will slow down our losing but most of the time we don't realize thats even happening  because we are still losing and we "think" we are getting away with it, but worse than that,  "Bad Carbs" lead to bad habits and  then when we get to maintenance we start gaining.

B: 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1/3 cup kashi cereal, 1/8 cup blueberries: 18g protein
L: Peanut Chicken on spring greens with baby carrots and lite sesame dressing: 27.2g protein
S: carrots, stick of colby/jack cheese: 5.3g protein
pre-work out powder: 3gm protein
Zumba
ProStar Cookies n Cream Shake: 25g protein
D: Blueberry Shake (vanilla protein powder, real blueberries, mil**** and water) 29.3g protein
Shopping tonight, hence the shake for dinner, portability is very important

Totals: calories: 983, fat: 22.2g, carbs: 66.9g (52.4g NET), protein: 130gm

 7/18/10: 211lbs, 10/16/10: 174 lbs, 1/21/11: 146 lbs, 4/20/11: 131 lbs. Insulin FREE since 7/2010, "normal" BMI since 12/2010. I'm 31, 5'5", happily married, with a fabulous 3 year old boy, and hope to add to our family in the near future

i woke up with a head cold today...boo. lucky work isnt too busy today so i can go home and take a nap!

HI Roz!  Busy day and heading downstate this afternoon.  Helping my sister with her annual motorcycle fundraiser, then staying and babysitting for my daughter on Monday - working from her home that day.  Yea - baby cuddle time!  The little stinker is 20 lbs now!!

L - 1/2 BLT sandwich from yesterday
S - double pink grapefruit protein drink
D - 2 pieces of pizza, no crust, and 4 cajun wings

Water  not bad..

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
