I'm working late 3 nights this week, my fault because I do the schedule, just didn't realize what I had done!! I forgot about tonight and had to go home at lunch because I didn't want to eat out again tonight.

L: 1/2 toasted cheese and bologna sandwich, Sweet Freedom Ice Cream

Water/Fluids: 60 ozs so far

Hi Roz! After those darned french fries last night I did pretty good...
B - 2 protein coffees with cookies n cream protein (have to get more chocolate out)

I think you had a pretty good menu today but I know what you mean when you say I'm eating everything in sight. It's not so much about what we eat but how we control it. If everything you ate was planned meals you'd probably think...I didn't eat to bad today.
