Super Busy at work but I'm going to try and catch up on some posts today!
               
During the honeymoon period "Bad" carbs will slow down our losing but most of the time we don't realize that even happening  because we are still losing and we "think" we are getting away with it, but worse than that,  "Bad Carbs" lead to bad habits and  then when we get to maintenance we start gaining.

Protein:  GNC Chocolate and Mint Cookie  45g
S:  1 cheese stick
Protein:  Syntrax Nectar Lemon Tea with a squirt of MiO Berry Pomegranate 23g
L:  Small Wendy's Chili

D:   Banquet for work.   I heard it's a Buffet so that will help me make Good Protein Choices
      and limit my portion sizes.

2 -15 minute walks and 40 leaning push-ups

Thanks, Roz.  I am a very young 62.  I would be even younger if both knees worked like they are suppose to.

Good afternoon!  We are going to take a girl out after work for drinks an apps that is leaving.  I am going to try and not eat and just have a decaf coffee and go home to eat... hoping!
