Super Busy at work but I'm going to try and catch up on some posts today!
               
HONEYMOON PERIOD EVENTUALLY ENDS FOR EVERYONE...DON'T FALL INTO THE I CAN GET AWAY WITH IT MODE!!!!!!!   BAD HABITS ARE HARD TO BREAK AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD ENDS and THE POUNDS START CREEPING BACK!!!!!!!

S:  Mixed Nuts
Protein:  Syntrax Nectar Lemon Tea with a squirt of MiO Berry Pomegranate 23g
L:  1/2 Can ofCampbell's Beef, Barley and Vegetable Soup
Protein:  Syntrax Nectar Lemon Tea with a MiO Berry Pomegranate 23g
D:   2 thin boneless pork chops and 1/2 of DH's baked potato skins
Protein:  Syntrax Nectar Lemon Tea with a MiO Berry Pomegranate 23g

Mint Cookie Shake with creme de menthe and cookie dough SF syrups: 23g protein

Edamame, Colby Jack cheese stick: 12g protein

Krab Kroquette Kasserole and TVP: 21.9g protein

Jell-o: 1.4g protein

calories: 961, fat: 28g, carbs: 65.2g (43.5g net), protein: 116g

 7/18/10: 211lbs, 10/16/10: 174 lbs, 1/21/11: 146 lbs, 4/20/11: 131 lbs. Insulin FREE since 7/2010, "normal" BMI since 12/2010. I'm 31, 5'5", happily married, with a fabulous 3 year old boy, and hope to add to our family in the near future

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

Good morning! Just had 17 (count 'em) tubes of blood taken for 6 mo. lab tests this morning. It will take a week or so to get results. I look forward to seeing how it is going on the inside!

B- light muscle milk (15 g) and NF decaf latte (12 g)
S- almonds/walnuts (3 g)
L- chili (12 g)and protein chips (10 g)
S- greek yogurt (15 g)
D- chicken salad (12 g)

**&!!!% (or whatever the symbol is for swearing!)  I fell off the wagon, and had a mini-biscotti that was sitting on my colleague's desk.  Then I ate LF popcorn instead of dinner - ended up throwing it up.  It was not fun.  Just had a protein drink and am calling it a night.  Arrrrgggh!

The most I've ever had was 11 and I got so nauseated after.  Now I take a Protein bar with me so I have something to much on afterwards.  Keep us posted when you get your results!
