Netrition.com also offers a Nectar "Medical" Unflavored. Smaller quantity for less money. Would get you through using your broths (as long as the liquid is lukewarm only so it doesn't clump up).

I haven't seen the Nectars at a "brick & mortar" store but they are all over the place online and getting it to you in time is only a matter of being willing to pay for 2nd day shipping via UPS or FEDEX. Depends on how bad you want it I guess.
