Hope you got your protein. I bought snacks for DGD's this weekend so of course I ended up eating a lot of them. Time to get back on track!!

I divided my 1 serving of protein into 2 drinks. I knew I could make it through the day with just 1.
It is so easy to fall back into old habits. I had a few more potato chips than I should have and I was so glad the birthday cake was all gone when I got home. DGD #2 turns 6 on the 26th. At least that party will be at their house and I'm going to warn everyone that they better not bring anything home....LOL
