Started the day with a dental appt - it can only get better! I am going to do the elliptical tonight while watching DWTS. So the day will definitely improve.

on way to work - one 3 oz Dannon vanila drinkable yougart 3 grams
bfast - protein shake 45 grams (16 oz protein skim lactaid free milk, protein powder. takes 2 1/2 hours to drink it all)
lunch - 2 oz grilled chicken salad with evoo and vinegar watermelon
snack - kay naturals almond protein cookies 1 oz 10 grams protein
dinner- 2 chicken wings (with skin..I know..bad) watermelon 1/4 cup Kraft mac & cheese
snack - one 3 oz Dannon vanilla drinkable yogart
all vits done
