Good Morning!!! The week is starting out Great!!!   I walked off this morning without my Protein and Purse.  Luckily I grabbed my morning Protein drink and I have 1 serving left in my desk drawer.  Hopefully DD is going out today and has time to drop my things off. 
               
HONEYMOON PERIOD EVENTUALLY ENDS FOR EVERYONE...DON'T FALL INTO THE I CAN GET AWAY WITH IT MODE!!!!!!!   BAD HABITS ARE HARD TO BREAK AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD ENDS and THE POUNDS START CREEPING BACK!!!!!!!

D:   DH has a ball game in Pittsburgh, so hopefully will stop for Steak Soup at Lonestar...if not a
      small Wendy's chili will be the replacement

Good morning! Glad you have a back up plan, sorry your morning started out so rough!

RNY Maintenance:
edited for a recipe change on dinner and less snacks:

1: Perfect Chocolate (3/4 scoop) with 3 oz skim milk and amaretto drops= hot cocoa! 20.1g protein
B: 1/2c cottage cheese, 1/8c frozen blueberries, 1/4c kashi cereal, splash of PM MiO, 2 tsp benefiber: 17.4g protein
L: Chicken Parmesan (breaded with parmesan/powdered ranch) with sauce and mozzarella: 41.3g protein (yeah I double checked that one, it's right)
S: Baby carrots and string cheese: 8.2g protein
Pre-workout Drink 3g protein
Curve's
Cookies n Cream ProStar 25g protein
Creamy Parm/Flax Tuna Patties with more green beans: 30.5g protein


Totals, you're gonna love em, freaking insanity

Calories: 963 Fat: 22.3g, Carbs: 49.3g (39.3g NET), 146g protein

 7/18/10: 211lbs, 10/16/10: 174 lbs, 1/21/11: 146 lbs, 4/20/11: 131 lbs. Insulin FREE since 7/2010, "normal" BMI since 12/2010. I'm 31, 5'5", happily married, with a fabulous 3 year old boy, and hope to add to our family in the near future
