Good Afternoon. Dribble before you nibble
I avoid drinking for 30 mins before and 60-90 mins after eating, but I do it because if I don't, I get foamy burps. Not drinking with meals does tend to keep me feeling full longer, though. On the downside, it creates a challenge to get all my liquids in, because when you eat every 3-3.5 hours, and avoid drinking for long periods before/after eating, the "drinking window" is very narrow. But I seem to work it out, most days.
