WOW...the weekend is almost over.  I think Posting on this every day makes the week go faster....LOL   Having DGS's 3rd Birthday Party today.  Having about 35 people over.  The House  is ready but not sure I'm mentally ready.       
               
HONEYMOON PERIOD EVENTUALLY ENDS FOR EVERYONE...DON'T FALL INTO THE I CAN GET AWAY WITH IT MODE!!!!!!!   BAD HABITS ARE HARD TO BREAK AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD ENDS and THE POUNDS START CREEPING BACK!!!!!!!

good morning. going to try eating every 3 hours and see if that helps with RH. working on water and vits, gym tonight.

Hope you enjoy the party, Roz. You did the work, might as well have fun too! I had a great session with the trainer today - feeling a sense of peace, like I took care of business. NO TRAVELING THIS WEEK - woo hoo!

I was up early and gone to my competition.  Chili was a good boy and we came in 2nd in our class.

carbs  30 net

I think the totals for calories and carbs are high because I had trouble finding totals for ribs.  But mine don't have any sugar or anything that should drive the carbs up.

Not a good day... well, it was, but not on the eating part...

B - an egg, corn beef hash, a piece of whole wheat toast 2 pieces of bacon
L - greek yogurt with sf cheesecake pudding and SF strawberry preserves
S - cold shrmp 
D - ribeye steak, broccoli salad, garlic mashed potatoes,
S - 4 beers scattered thru the day
Dessert - birthday cake and ice cream (Tom's daughters' birthday dinner)

and yes, I paid for dinner and dessert... felt awful, but not a true dump.  The "I ate too much" feeling... no foamies but wanted to bring it up, but didn't.  Tums settled things down.
