I have my 9 mo follow up at 10:15 today and they are supposed to evaluate to pull the tubes out....
Please swing the lizards that they in fact are able to do it.
I have not been able to lift anything over 10 pounds or walk at a fast pace for almost 6 weeks now...
Also, please swing that they dont hurt coming out either Please..

BTW, you all here really are the best. Through all my complaining and posting, this group has been the most supportive. I want to thank each and every one of you for that.

UPDATE
I went in and all went well...They did in fact pull my tubes out, oh and Jenn, you were right. Hurt like hell, but it was brief. The main pain was the drain, go figure, felt like someone was pulling my insides out with a latch hook needle... The G-tube did not really hurt but man has it LEAKED, in fact had to stand over the biohazard bag (while a stupid HN ..corpman... just out of school freaks out)  and let it drain into the bag.

Also I weighed in at 132 at the Drs office, same as I was before I left the house. Doc was impressed with my labs, except my Vit D...working on it... was impressed with my weight and everything, overall the BEST Friday the 13th EVER.....

Oh let me make it a bit better, I decided because all the crap that came out of me to weigh , you know, just to see.....130 BABY! 2 pounds of CRAP in my body! I AM SO TAKING IT!!!!

Hurray, Hurray.  I am absolutely swinging for you.  You really have been a trooper through all of this.  Just take a deep breath and they will come out quickly.  Can't say it won't be uncomfortable but it will be quick, unlike what you have been through with them in forever.

I am hoping for you they are able to come out...But I won't lie---it hurts.  But you will be reading this after...LOL  I asked the Dr how many people he to BS that tube being taken out doesn't hurt.  He told me- "I didn't tell you it would or wouldn't hurt- I said take a deep breath".  It is a pain that only lasts a brief time...so I think that helps A LOT.  Good luck--waiting for the update!
