I have good days and bad days.  I have a little more range of motion than I did but still, if I do too much, I pay for it. And there certainly are things I would love to be doing around here that I have just held off on.  I have been doing arnica and using an arnica gel, using infrared lights and seeing the chiro 3x a week.  I think the good days or at least good parts of the day are increasing.  I'm at least not feeling like I have to run to the orthopedist at this point.
I know you are thrilled to get your tubes out tomorrow.  This has been a very long time to have them in.

I was thinking about you the other day.  We used to go to a fair every year when I was younger that had horse and buggy races and they were so exciting to watch.  I'll have to check out and see if they still have them.
