Good Morning!!!  Is it as beautfiul at your house as it is in PA? 
               
HONEYMOON PERIOD EVENTUALLY ENDS FOR EVERYONE...DON'T FALL INTO THE I CAN GET AWAY WITH IT MODE!!!!!!!   BAD HABITS ARE HARD TO BREAK AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD ENDS and THE POUNDS START CREEPING BACK!!!!!!!

My DH got me a beautiful ankle bracelet for our Anniversary.   Before WLS  I always had to have my anklets special ordered or lengthed to fit around my fat ankle but this one FITS PERFECT straight from the Jewelers case!!!!  YEAH!!!!!!

Gina:  Happy Anniversary.  Sounds like you have a keeper.

I haven't signed in for a while.  I've been busy--not sure what I've been doing, but time sure seems to slip by quickly.  Always seem to be fending off those carbs!!!!!!!!  Walking and doing a dance class 1-2 times a week.  Bought a killer dress for my neices wedding--one shoulder.  Can't wait to see my husband's reaction.

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

 Ooh jewelry! It's such a great way fo saying I love you, especially when presented with the right size

S1: FC28 hot chocolate with creme de menth SF syrup and 2 stupid SF cookies: 17g protein
B: 1/2 c cottage cheese, 1 TB slivered almonds, 2 TB blueberries (frozen), 2TB kashi: 17g protein
L: leftover turkey burger with FF american, 1/4 cup green beans with 1 tsp olivio spread: 22.5g protein
S2: String Cheese, 1/8 c dry roasted edamame: 15g protein
Curves
S3: ProStar Cookies n Creme Shake 25g protein
D: Quinoa, Ranch Chicken, Cauliflower (possibly as a casserole or separate, jury is out) 25g protein

totals: 1049 calories, 40.8g fat (stupid cookies), 48.7g net carbs, 117g protein

water and vites are going great

 7/18/10: 211lbs, 10/16/10: 174 lbs, 1/21/11: 146 lbs, 4/20/11: 131 lbs. Insulin FREE since 7/2010, "normal" BMI since 12/2010. I'm 31, 5'5", happily married, with a fabulous 3 year old boy, and hope to add to our family in the near future

hi everyone...working on water and vits. just finished a 2 mile jog. going to do push ups and sit ups and ride my bike to go tanning. boring menu today.

Make sure you are eating enough!  I think most of us have learned from Weigh****chers that you need to eat to lose and keep it off (especially since you are exercising).
