Hi I'm Pam I've been on here a few times over the last 4 years. Had my DS 4yrs ago and tummy has stretched out. I never got to goal weight about 30 lbs from it. I was actually content at that weight but didn't stay there long the scale started rising.
Stress eating to make a long story short now I'm scheduled next week for a resleeve.

I would love advice from any and all. I want to keep my tummy small.
SipSipSip
Protein shakes

It's been Four long years and I've slept since then. Advice please!

Thanks
Pam

Hey there, Pam. Take a look at the Menus & Miles thread Roz posts every day and join in if you'd like. I sure have kept my sleeve tight by drinking shakes and small snacks or meals. My DS friends and my family laugh at me when I can't eat another bite after eating 3 oz of steak but I hope to have the last laugh. The good thing about the protein shakes is that they help to curb the carb monster. I'll add you to our pre-op list so we can swing lizards for you.

Thanks Gina, appreciate you adding me to pre-op list. Prayers, lizards, chickens swingem high and swingem low!

I'll be checking out Roz Menu and Miles threads as well as your Bites & Vites.

Have a new journal, pulling out food scale and measuring cups.

Taking Powerade zero with me to sip and a case of water. Will be Stocking my cabinet with protein powder and RTD.

Chicken and beef bouillon, sf jello. Any other ideas?

One idea...take some fresh limes or lemons and some Splenda. Adding a little acidic juice to your water will help it go down and stay down without having pain.

Thanks Linda, Ive been told LW board is a nice supportive group. I feel like I'm starting over my BMI is 32 so I'm definitely a light weight. But, keep seeing the scale gradually rising I need to get the weight off. It's playing havoc on my joints and spine.
