Are you going to do your labs and recommended barium swallow test?
I go the week of the 23.
I told my Primary Care Doctor before my surgery because my husband insisted that I talk to him before going to Mexico. Turns our my Doctor was supportive. I was relieved and surprised.
I would suggest that you make the calls to find your hubby a new doctor.
