I truly feel that I HAVE BROKEN THE HOLD THAT THE CARB MONSTER HAD ON ME AT WORK!!! 
               
HONEYMOON PERIOD EVENTUALLY ENDS FOR EVERYONE...DON'T FALL INTO THE I CAN GET AWAY WITH IT MODE!!!!!!!   BAD HABITS ARE HARD TO BREAK AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD ENDS and THE POUNDS START CREEPING BACK!!!!!!!

Curve's Circuit with Zumba
Protein: Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Cookie shake: 33.3g protein
D: Low Carb crepes filled with cottage cheese and blueberries: 24.8g protein

Calories: 877, Fat: 25.5, Carbs: 60.5g (45.8g net), Protein: 101g

Lots of water in (thank you berry pomegrante MiO)

Vitamins: 1 dose calcium remaining


 7/18/10: 211lbs, 10/16/10: 174 lbs, 1/21/11: 146 lbs, 4/20/11: 131 lbs. Insulin FREE since 7/2010, "normal" BMI since 12/2010. I'm 31, 5'5", happily married, with a fabulous 3 year old boy, and hope to add to our family in the near future

Aren't the MIO flavorings great!  So much more convenient than the crystal lite.

I'm not positive but I've read that our bodies can only absorb 35 grams of protein at a time.  You might be better off drinking 3 instead of having 50 grams in each.
