How are you doing today? The weather got a bit cold again. Mother nature left the AC on in this parts...looking forward to warmer weather again. I am thinking it is time to get the camper ready for camping season!!! Whoo hoo!!

Well... I brought my zumba clothes, BUT - my motorcycle is in the shop and IF they get it done I will need to go get it. AND the Red Wings are playing tonight - so I can't do everything...
So zumba will probably lose out for tonight... that means an extra effort for Thursday.
Supposed to get up near 70 today, which will be very nice. Tomorrow 75 - SO I'd like to have my bike so I can ride to work and save some gas money!

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
