Hi Everyone!! It seems like I've been on vacation forever and I'd like updates for what I've missed....Please!!! I know I'll never find time to go back and read 1 1/2 weeks worth of posts.

What WOW's have I missed?? Newbies?? Exciting news??

We made our way up to Edinboro and I waved at you as we passed through Butler County. There were at least 2 kids from Butler that graduated in Son#2's class. I weighed in at 118 again this week and I'm glad to be home. Missed you, Roz.

I remember how happy I was when my 3 DD's finally graduated! For some reason not a lot of Butler kids go to Edinboro. I think if they are going to go local it's either Slippery Rock or Clarion.

118 sounds pretty good. I think that's about where I am from vacationing. Thankfully, I don't have any more trips until next January.

I actually weighed 2.5 pounds more last week, but I think it was from eating out the prior week. This week I had lost .5 of that. I've caught myself doing a lot more stress eating last week and no exercise.

I bet you got lots and lots of exercise walking around everyday!!

We did a ton of walking but we ate alot too. I tried really hard to eat a lot of protein but I didn't get all of my Protein drinks in. My DH ordered steak almost every where we went and I ordered a side order of shrimp. I also had 2 (part) of Disney's famous turkey legs.

New? With me? Hmmm.... not much! Got out on the motorcycle this past weekend for a nice ride with some good friends. I'm still retiring at the end of the month and haven't found a job yet

That's about it with me - been pretty quiet in my life.

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.

Does Tom ride a motorcycle? It's always fun to do things with friends and enjoying a ride was probably a great time.

You'll find something Jody. Take your time and don't just jump into something. I'm so glad I waited and picked something I really like. I don't think I'd be happy at a couple of the jobs I interviewed for.

Hi Roz..glad you are back!!

I busted through my stall and lost 6 lbs last week!!

We got a new family member yesterday...a big beautiful 9mo puppy! He is wonderful...I took him with me for my 3 mile walk this a.m. and he behaves wonderfully on a leash...now I have a great motivation for getting a long walk in everyday :)
