Menus and Miles Monday May 9th
I didn't post what I ate in sparkpeople so I'm not sure of the values but I wanted to post what I ate.
vitamins,zinc,calcium and lots of water all day
instant coffee black
lamb kebab grilled 3 large chunks of meat and vegetables
salad with tomatoes,cucumbers,lettuce,sumac,lemon,vinegar dressing
(Eaten in 2 meals)
snacks:
1 slice of swiss cheese
1 slice of turkey deli meat
handfull of blueberries
espresso
