Menus and Miles Monday May 9th
Wash and tear into small pieces 1 bunch of Kale. Spin dry in the salad spinner. Dump on a cookie sheet, sprinkle with EVOO and salt (I used garlic, lemon sea salt). Mix well to spread the oil and salt around. Bake at 300 for about 30 min.
The collards weren't as successful. They are good but either I tried to do too many or they were too juicy. They didn't get dried out and crunchy.
Probably more oil that you want but it's healthy oil at any rate. Maybe you could do it with a cooking spray?

We haven't even rototilled our garden yet. I'm only planting pumpkins for the grandkids and a couple of tomato plants. I'm anxious to work on my rose bushes this next weekend. I think I lost a few of them this winter.
