Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!

Thank You to Everyone who started M&M for me!!   I really appreciate it!!!!!   We had a great vacation but it is so good to back and getting into my daily routine.  I missed you all!!!!

I truly feel that I HAVE BROKEN THE HOLD THAT THE CARB MONSTER HAD ON ME AT WORK!!! 
               
HONEYMOON PERIOD EVENTUALLY ENDS FOR EVERYONE...DON'T FALL INTO THE I CAN GET AWAY WITH IT MODE!!!!!!!   BAD HABITS ARE HARD TO BREAK AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD ENDS and THE POUNDS START CREEPING BACK!!!!!!!

My routine went out the window while we were traveling up and back from PA. Back on track today.

MENU: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (50+ g)
S - Fage yogurt w/blueberries and strawberries and another protein coffee (30g)
S - celery & baby carrots w/dip
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
D - 1/2 NC BBQ sandwich w/coleslaw
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITAMINS:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
omega 3-6-9: done
iron: done
evening batch: almost done
Proferrin: pending

MILES:
4 - 15 minute walks

Your NC BBQ always makes me hungry...LOL  I loved BBQ before WLS but haven't been able to tolerate it since but my head always wants to try it.

Glad you had a good trip.  I always miss my routine when I go off.  We missed you too.

Miles:  Walked 2 miles

I have to get back to the basics.  My clothes aren't fitting well anymore....

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so

Glad you had a good trip but glad you are back.  We missed you.

Beautiful day here.  Went to Curves on the way to the Chiropractor.  Spent time getting containers planted and worked in the garden, which is producing more than we can eat.

Getting ready to try to roast collards.  The roasted kale was really wonderful but I have collards in the garden, not kale.  So I'll report back how it works.
