I would love to shoot for the apple but I am not sure if I will quailfy  My starting weight was 246.  I lost 20 pounds before my RNY so my surgery weight was 226.  I am not sure I need to lose 100 lbs from my SW (it will be close).  Just curious.  Thanks!

100 pounds lost, is 100 pounds lost.
I was 255, was 229 at surgery, at 156 today, so almost at the century club.
100 pounds loss was my clinic goal and my original goal.

I think we should count the weight you lose in the pre-op diet phase too. Some surgeons or insurance require it and some don't, but you still worked hard to lose it.

Well there are no real rules. Heck, if you wanted to put an Apple in your signature after losing "only" 99 pounds, I say go for it!

AMEN cause I won't get it any other way. But my highest was in 2002. :) I weighed in over 240 just not sure how much over as I stopped weighing. My weigh in at the surgeon was 203, my surgery weight was 199. No way I'll qualify any other way than by my highest in 2002.

If you're using Internet Explorer, right click the apple, select copy, open your siggy update through My OH, click your mouse where you want to paste the apple and hit Ctrl V (paste).
