Did not realize it was going to be rainy this morning so I am just enjoying the sound of it comeing down. Happy Mothers Day to all Mothers that are out there.
How are your meals stacking up today?

Woke up to breakfast in bed this morning....

B 1 egg with cheese and onion, 3 pieces of turkey sausage
b- protein coffee
L- turkey and cheese with 2 slices tomato
D- Turkey sausage with tomato and basil sauce
S- Greek yogurt.

Vits- in a few min
Fluids- will be an ongoing process today
Miles- none probably

Happy Mother's Day. My mom just got out of the hospital after a fall. I am hoping to take her out since it is a sunny day (so far).

B- protein drink w strawberries (40 g)
S- non fat decaf latte (12 g)
L- ? probably greek salad with grilled chicken
S- greek yogurt (15 g)
D- left over cashew shrimp (12 g)

happy mothers day to everyone! amy, hope your mom is doing ok from her fall so sorry to hear about that.  ummmm doing nothing today. starting water and vits now. 2 mile run later.

Wow Stacey, breakfast in bed - how nice!!

I cooked and everyone came to my house to eat lunch.  It was a great day.

B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
L:  Bite of Cube Steak, Pasta Salad, Corn, green beans and Mac & Cheese, piece of sf/ff chocolate pie
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D:  Ham, green beans
S:  ??

Vitamins:  Done except night time multi
Water/Fluids:  60 ozs so far
Miles:  None yet

The guys took be out for brunch and boy, did it blow my totals.

Meals
decaf protein coffee  26g
LF sausage  9g (before we went out because I knew I couldn't make it until brunch)
sausage, egg  22g
1/2 protein bar
salmon, salad  19g
Protein ice cream  ???  If I have it, my calories will be way up, if I don't protein will be down????

Without the ice cream

I think I won't do it.  Carbs aren't bad but all the sausage had way more fat than I normally do.
