How's everyone doing today?  I'm getting this posted early as I've got to get to work... 

I'll be MIA Sat and Sun this weekend - I'm going for a motorcycle ride and won't have my computer.  Not sure when Roz will be back, but does someone want to post and monitor if she doesn't?

B - just coffee and a piece of bacon so far
S - will get some protein drink in

Miles:  Cleaned the bathrooms & mopped at work this morning - that should count for something - we are without a cleaning crew right now.

Chrio today, Mon, Wed, Fri next week.  He said if the knee isn't better by then, he will send me on to the orthopedic guy.  So no miles here.

Made it safe and sound to Pennsylvania and just finished dinner with Sons#1 and #2, DIL, DH and grandbaby.

MENU: (DS Maintenance Mode)
