munch, munch,munch
For me sometimes its just being able to stop and take 10 slow deep breaths.
I like to lay on my back, like in yoga class, close my eyes and just breath and try to let the tension fall into the ground.
But somedays, its not as easy as others. Glad the munchies are at bay for now!
