L - sushi
S - double cookie mint protein drink mixed with 1/2 milk 1/2 water
D - IDK

Vits:  forgot 'em and left them home.  I'll get them later.  I do have my calcium though
Water:  big jug to be consumed (also save some for zumba)

hi everyone. normally i would celebrate by drinking ALL day,  but i'm having a quarter life crisis when it comes to choosing a career so i'm meeting with an army recruiter and then an air force recruiter today. working on water and vits. going for a 2 mile run right now, 100 of each: sit ups, push-ups and pull-ups. have a good day everyone!

I'll advise you as I did my son, Fly High, babeee! Go Air Force...even though I was Army, I learned the hard way.

I don't want to rain on your day, but the service will not accept anyone who has had RNY or other weight loss surgery as a miilitary person. Maybe you can look into Civilian Army Jobs or Civilian Navy, they work in support of the service members.

I was told the same thing when I went in for my consultations, if the person is active duty or reserve, you cant serve because of our food requirements.

It is sunny in Chicago but rain is on its way. Rebecca Ann, I am asking around about surg techs too.

I am experiencing a plateau - bouncing for a few weeks between 159.6 and 161.4 and everything in between. It is discouraging. To help matters, I am dropping my morning snack and cutting out SF gum (yikes!) this week. I will see if that helps. I upped my exercise a bit but I am truly time-challenged between a demanding job, my mom, and condo business. I keep saying to myself - just do your best and then walk on.

B- protein drink with strawberries(40 g) & SF decaf latte (12 g)
L- chicken salad (12 g) and cole slaw
S- greek yogurt (15 g)
D- shrimp w ****tail sauce (12 g)
S- fudgsicle (3 g)

Enjoy your day!
