Thanks Price. The good thing in my household is my husband lost a lot of weight too so he can relate to me being cold. He of course was able to lose his weight easily because he's never been on a diet before, but he became diabetic and did not want to ever get close to having insulin. At least I am now well under his weight. It was a little difficult to be happy losing weight when he would always weigh less than me because he was losing weight too.

You are so right about planning. I started last night thinking about my food. Fortunately I will be on my own and have the ability to shop for myself. They surprisingly have quite a bit of "normal" food there, though I might find it hard to find plain yogurt or cottage cheese. Guess I'll have to learn to like eggs again.

The list will begin on my computer. Nine months and counting.
