I GOT MY SURGERY DATE!!
I got another call from the surgeon's office and she said "I'm calling to schedule your surgery date." I was like huh? what? huh? Then I calmly said "Oh my God, ok, yeah, let's do that."
So, she says, the next available date is (and here I'm thinking June, July) May 24th.
"DONE!" I practically shouted.
May 24th. My life is going to change forever May 24th.
Guess what?! That is 4 days before my birthday. Happy birthday to me!

I remember that sur-real feeling that oh my go**** really was going to happen. And it won't be long now. Hurray, Hurray.
