No Weight Loss right after vsg
If you started out at 185lb and want to get to a normal BMI you need to lose about 60 lbs. Ten pounds is about 18% of that (I think, my math is terrible). So, if I am correct you have lost about 18% of your excess weight in about 3 weeks. It doesn't look so bad now, does it?

Your doing great. Just keep with your plan and you will lose. LWs sometimes don't have the dramtic loss of those friends with a lot more to lose but it will happen and you will probably reach goal before they do. Stick to that plan and you will be fine. 3 lbs a week is great.

Yeah, my surgery was the 18th, and while I lost a good amount the first week out, I've been stalled for the last week and a half. I know the 3 week stall is legendary, so I'm thinking mine just came a bit early, or I had some fluid retention.
Things are gonna go a bit slower for us than for others, but that's okay. I didn't gain it all at once, I won't lose it that way either.
