one bowl gravy with pork chops / sausage for breakfast
2 figs to help my digestion from last nite
3 pieces strudel ( 2 chery w /splenda i poppyseed cherry w splenda all fat free ) fatfre whipped cream
decaf protein coffee with at free whipped cream
one smalbowl sauce
body says NO MOREFOOD by sneezing
one glass red wine ..
