Hey everyone - how's your day going?  Sunny today - not real warm again, but sun is nice.

Can you say "grazing day"?

B - 2 protein coffees and more coffee
L - greek yogurt cheesecake
S - chili
S - teriyaki sausage sticks (2)
S - a 4-pack of peanut butter crackers
D - baked chicken

Vits:  yes
Water:  working on it

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

Darn it its raining . Catching up on work . 2 protein teas so far

one bowl gravy with pork chops / sausage for breakfast

2 figs to help my digestion from last nite


3 pieces strudel ( 2 chery w /splenda i poppyseed cherry w splenda all fat free ) fatfre whipped cream

decaf protein coffee with at free whipped cream

one smalbowl sauce

body says NO MOREFOOD by sneezing

one glass red wine ..

 oh yeah always .   I take   a flax oil capsule and an evening primrose ol capsule every morning and that  keeps the fat cravings at bay  with minimal calorie expenditure .... but that s it  ...

Rainy and dreary day here.  Working at the campground and training new employees and freezing my behind off with no heat in the building.  Pretty chilly up here in Maine today LOL

S - maybe a jello or a bit of banana

When I was newly post-op I had a scrambled egg with cheese every morning for breakfast  Before surgery I HATED scrambled eggs - I thought they were SOOO good!!

From clouds to sun - cool but there is hope. I just finished a root canal. It was quick and painless. I hate the dentist part but I am lucky I can afford dental care in the first place.
