I did better with my water today too - but basically because I was back at work and at my routine...

Good menu!

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

I am near tears with happiness, I have a JOB. I recieved the official letter of employment today and I start on Monday. It has been two years since I last worked. The first year I was recovering from my surgery, and the second I can honestly say I have been breaking down doors looking for work. My unemployment runs out on Monday so I could not have taken this any closer to the wire. I have to move as it is 90 miles from our home here. This of course is adding to the excitement of a new job, where do I stay while waiting to get paid?? Money is tight. Lucky for me I have family that have friends that live in Watertown, NY. Who woulda thought such a thing would come in handy...Connections!

Breakfast- soft boiled egg and 1 slice of butter toast, orange 10g protein
Lunch protein drink, banana  25g protein
dinner 4 ounces pot roast 2 ounces carrots 30g protein
S diet cocoa
S Orange
If hungry another protein drink, but I would have to be really hungry for that!

Yes I did, but decided I couldn't make them.  Its a trigger for me - I wouldn't just stop at 1... but they sound wonderful!

I love egg salad - was just telling Tom tonight I was going to make some.
