Good for you!  I stick to plan for eating (unless I start grazing, but then I still write it all down), but don't always stick to the plan for the adult beverages.... I'm doing better though.

Thanks everyone for your support.  Knees are important to so much, like walking, etc.
Knee is better after adjustment which hurt like hell.  Will go again for electric stem treatments on Friday and no exercise with it between then and now.  I will still do Curves but not anything that can hurt it.  Have a brace on.  Problem, which I knew, is that the tendons and ligaments are so loose that they allow it to go out willy nilly.  At this point, I will keep trying to get the muscles strong enough to hold it in place without surgery but if that doesn't work soon, I'm finding someone who can fix it for good.
Got meetings around dinner time so will pick something up or go out.

Meals
decaf protein coffee  26
egg, ham 11g
hamberger patty, edamama  22g
gk yogurt  8g
dinner????
protein ice cream

totals before dinner
calories  599
protein  87
carbs  16 net

How do you cook your edamame?

I hope you can get your knee fixed - even if surgery has to happen.  I know you don't want that...
