Jody, could you post the recipe for the greek yogurt cheesecake and the fuzzy navel drink? I might not be able to get the same ingredients in Canada but I am going to a wedding in Minnesota at the end of the month so perhaps I can stop at some stores along the way to find what I might need.
Thanks
Its the 0% fat, PLAIN greek yogurt, some SF cheesecake pudding powder, no sugar added cherry pie filling. Mix and eat... yum - like a cheesecake. I've even put some graham cracker crumbs on it.
The fuzzy navel is a Matrix Syntrax protein - yummy. I use a large shaker bottel and put 2 scoops in with cold water and ice. I like my drinks on the stronger side. Early out from surgery I wouldn't have tolerated it, but now its fine.

Fat free strudel and phillo dough shells are super easy to make - just buy the frozen phyllo dough ( the four grade the thinnest kind ) .. defrost overnight ... melt fatfree promise margarine in the microwave and grind a handful of hazelnuts fine in Ur cofee grinder - put aside in a small bowl .
Mix a 1/2 cup of butter buds intothe promise for taste . Ur gonna needsome kind of paintbrush to paint the " fat "onto the phyllo sheets - I use a pastry brush .
lay phyllo sheets onto a clean towel on Urcounter ortabletop - fold back half to halfway down . start at visible bottom and brush promise ionto entire ( 1/2 ) layer of phyllo - sprinkle a bit of nuts to sepratae sheets - countup two sheets do it again - and again - and again - and again -
now do other side . when done put filling in and roll ( for strudel then lift into pammed baking pan or cookie sheet ) - for spanakopita line baking pan with this layer then fill with ( already made cheese - spinach mix ( dont forget to fold in beateneggs at last minute to hold filling together - separated with whites beaten fluffy is best for a light filling ) .. then make top phyllo sheet and lay over ...***** with fork and brush with promise . Ur family will go CRAZY
Strudel is a WONDERFUL lowfat ( and pretty low carb comparatively especially if U use fresh fruit n splenda fo r the fillings ) alternative to holiday pies . The FILLINGS can be exactly the same ( I use say sugarfree Cherry filling from Walmart and add a bunch of fresh pitted morello cherries to it ... for Cherry strudel - or I grate organic gala or green apples with the skins , add a tiny bit of splenda or brown sugar splenda cinnamon , cloves and aple pie spice for apple filling - and raisins if I want them ) . Peach and poppyseed /cherry are also great .. just don't make the filings too juicy .
Ratatouille is a French fresh tomato based vegetable stew made with eggplant . mushrooms , onions , garlic , fresh tomatoes , zucchini if U have it ...basically Avas " garbage can " tomato gravy ( as they say here in Bay Ridge - God forbid U call it sauce ) just not completely cooked down ....
real Italians have complimented me on my gravy saying its " so much better than my wife's .... " lol .. but she'll divorce me if you tell her .. ( and SHE WOULD ... much faster than for infidelity) ... those are FIGHTING words here in Bay Ridge where they take the Sunday gravy VERY seriously lol.... I basically throw everything I have ripe in the garden and refrigerator into it ... just like real Italians and French do ... lol
