lol   And here I was wishing I could eat like I saw you eat at Texas Roadhouse. Wait! I think I'd rather be able to read the beer taps from 50 feet away. That was pure skill, babeee!

I always work from home, except when I am out at meetings like today.  I don't get into grazing but I do like the convience of having everything right here.  Today I had meetings out around lunch time and just took 1/2 protein bar with me but it got me off track with my fluid.  Did ok in the end.

You know what I love best about looking at everybody's menus?  How healthy they are.  Yes, we might eat a  bit of what we shouldn't, but really - compare it to what we used to eat BEFORE WLS... isn't it just amazing the changes we've made?

I agree - it is truly inspiring to see how everyone takes care to balance healthy choices with yummy food! 

BTW, I had no problems with endoscopy.  Yea!   I declined sedation, which I would only recommend to folks who hate sedation. The MD and nurse were so pleasant that it went really fast.  The best part was I was able to drive home.  The MD thinks that it could be acid reflux that is causing the vomiting.  I am going to start Prilosec and sloooowwww down when I eat.
