You're right.  The mornings I Have my protein coffee, I seem to forget about eating... when I stay home, I tend to not have it. 

Its all about being aware of what we do/don't do that ignites the triggers for us!!

good morning. my appointment w/the oncologist is at 2:45 today so i'm really not feeling like eating...i could hardly hold my shake down this morning. working on 100oz water and 1/2 of vits are done. no miles today because i'm in a lot of pain. have a good day everyone.

Just getting back from a two week whirlwind. One week in Myrtle Beach in and then one week in New Orleans. It was such a blast!

B: 1 cup cottage cheese and fruit
S: protein shake
L: chicken chili and brown rice chips
S: protein bar
D: turkey burger and mixed vegetables

I finally found some frozen cranberries, so now I'm using my own cranberry sauce.  This is saving me 97 cals, and 25 carbs per serving, so very happy about that!

B:   Greek Yogurt w/ blackberry preserves, protein powder; 2 Jimmy Dean turkey sausage links
L:   Turkey patty with cranberries
S:    Greek yogurt w/ sf white chocolate pudding mix
D:    Amylu Camelized chicken burger patty w/ brocolli
