Yea - I'll get that protein drink in and dinner is always meat based.  Just haven't decided yet what I'm going to do.  I've got leftover pot roast, hamburg and taco meat...

It is hard to stay home and not graze - hang in there, Jody! I suggest a big glass of crystal lite or a nice SF hot cocoa.

I am getting an upper endoscopy this afternoon. I have not been permitted to eat or drink since 9 am. I can live without the food. However, I am having a bad allergy attack and breathing through my mouth. I am dreaming about a cold glass of ice water. I never crave water - this is definitely different!

B- protein drink (40 g), protein bar (6 g) and 1/2 SF decaf latte (6)
L- none
S- protein drink after procedure (20 g)
D- ground turkey in taco sauce and fresh spinach
S- fudgsicle

I work from home all the time ... hot protein chai tea in the morning really (quells the hunger and gives me energy ) does it for me ..and then i switch to herbal decaf ( Yogi thai coconut /lemongrass flavored) or ( vanilla rooibos ) or ginger tea if I still "want " something these three are all more substantial than Ur usual herbal tea offerings I find ....

if Im still being a pain in the ass to myself I'll go for a short twenty minute run because I'm wanting a serotonin release and it 'll keep up until i either eat too much or get one another way ....

the GREAT thing about working from home is you can DO that

Todays menu - 2 protein chai teas
a nibble of fat free lemon poppyseed muffins i baked for landlord

5 homegrown French breakfast radishes with onecup fatfree spicy hummus

reheated fat free homegrown spinach / fatfree cheese spanakopita in fatfree phillo dough ( YUM ! ) for lunch

will make homemade spaghetti sauce with window tomatoes, defatted pork chops and lowfat chicken sausage later ... and hoemgrown herbs ... what a luxury this early in the season !
