Well, it is not good this week.
127.5 last week
130 this morning

But, I weighed after I had my protein drink where I usually weigh before I drink anything and I was away at class 3 days and ate at the restaurant every meal those three days so I was expecting it to be up some.  I know I did not eat enough to really gain 2.5 pounds so I'm thinking some of it is sodium from eating out so much - everything taste so salty now when I eat out.

Linda, you may be right, the sodium may be holding in the water weight right now. A few days of eating at home should set you right again.

I dropped during the week to 173, but gained it back.  Hoping it's jus****er weight as my legs and feet are super puffy.  We walked in Williamsburg all day yesterday, and my shins ache.  Maybe it's that 1/4 cup of ice cream I ate last night, or all the seafood I scarfed down all weekend....

Assuming the seafood wasn't breaded, it should not be that big an issue. And a 1/4 cup of ice cream does have protein in it. We all need to "break" from our routine once in a while just to remind our body it isn't starving.

Keep an eye on it tho cause we don't want to slip backwards.

Awesome that you walked so much yesterday tho.

I love it that you always find something supportive to say, Liz., but still keeping me accountable. You're definitely carrying on the Sunday weigh in tradition.

No loss for me either.  About 177.  Haven't been exercising as much lately, so hopefully that will make a difference when I get back into it again.

Btw, I love this weekly post!
