I'm 13 lbs from being a normal BMI and I believe that is why I slowed down.

Loss 1.2 pounds.
I am very thankful for the loss......it has been slow going with no loss some weeks.
Now weighing once a week! It helps with my mental health to not live by the scale each day.
My body is changing and I am smaller so all is good.
