One thing I think  that  U have the opportunity for now  is  muscle building exercise  ..and that really helps with the saggy skin  too.  Also fills out the  skin U HAVE in a very attractive way , gives U a faster metabolism . and make s U look and feel dramatically younger   too .....

You've done a n awesome  job ... I don't think U  look too thin at all  ...  Maybe U  should get Urself some  hot spandex workout clothes and say  , "  sexy  hubby  I need a spotter  at the gym  ... "

I bet he would be glad to get involved with Ur fitness  program ... its a great form of bonding and  will help his health too !

looking good!!  it's hard to know what to do!  i've heard so many things.  You're too skinny, you look sick.....you've lost enough.....don't lose any more.....you have to run around in the shower to get wet...and on and on and on.  i try not to get offended at the comments but when you think about it....how rude are those comments!!

i'm 5'7" and weigh 142.4 pounds and i'm right in the middle of the normal weight range and bmi and that's what i go by.  of course.....i do mention to these folks with the rude comments.....you know?  to be officially underweight i'd have to weigh 117 pounds....which means i could lose another 25 pounds and be okay!  then....they gasp....and go about their merry little way!

i do listen to my precious hubby's comments/suggestions and i'm not trying to lose any more..even though my nutritionist says i should weigh no more than 140.  i guess i'm practicing maintenance.....not in maintenance....just playing with it a bit!

i think you look awesome!  and when it comes down to it.....you are the one that should decide what's best for you!  i've heard a lot of folks say that you're body will stop losing when it's time but i don't know that first hand.

sending warm thoughts and best wishes your way!
Blessings,  J

I think once you get into the normal BMI range, it's better to go by body fat percentage than a number on the scale. You don't look remotely bony to me so I wouldn't worry about going a little lower if you want to.
