Menus and Miles for Roz - Sunday, May 1st
Hope you sell your bike. DH went riding yesterday and said it was beautiful. He was kind of sore because he had not been on it much since last summer.
Here's todays plan:
B: Protein Decaf Coffee
S: Lemon Tea Protein Drink
L: 1/2 hamburger patty, spoon of black-eyed peas, turnip greens, bite of corn bread
S: Ice cream

Vitamins: Morning & Afternoon Done
Water: 60 ozs so far

But - I'm looking at a new bike - LOL... I'm thinking about putting mine up for sale too and seeing if I can get what I want. With selling both bikes, I'll have most of the money I need for it... sounds good huh? LOL
I was going to go riding - while its a beautiful day, the wind is just a howling something awful - 30-40mph. Back in the day, while I didn't like riding in the wind, I did - but now, weighing a lot less, I don't have as much holding the bike down and I really can feel the difference.

After DH's bike gets paid for, I would like to look for a small one for me so we could ride together. I imagine the wind could be really hard on holding it in the road. Maybe it won't be long and it will be nice enough to enjoy, especially after you retire.
How much longer does your DS have in school? Maybe he can get his own after graduation.

I still pay for his cell phone and car insurance too. Told him he needs to take it over - get another job if need be....

Miles walked around several stores and washed the dog
Thought my snack bag was well packed and when I got out doing errands the only thing in there was peanuts! ACK! oh well at least it was some protein.
Watch those peanuts - I used to eat cashews thinking it was good fat and free food with protein - HA!! my weight started creeping with them and I had to totally cut them out.

oh I'm So Sick of entitled feeling young ( and middle aged foolish ) men !!
he's lucky he has U in his corner ... and he better stop pushing for all he can get . My parasitic stepson the same age as me is out 4 good I think - I PRAY thank GOD !!
I encourage him at every exam and term paper with the thought in my head .... I just Pray he passes and doesn't come home !! The Best Possible outcme is for him to get his degree ... get a well paying job and get an apartment ...so don't have to fight over sititng down at the table when I've cooked , cleaning his room and the gosh darn insurance and cell phone WE're still paying for ?! At THIRTY ?!!

Its not a conjecture .. its a REALITY .. we're smarter than they are .( in EVERY species across the board ) .. and if we're foolish enough to let them run the show .. the whole ship will be aground before U know it .
So we Have to take responsibility . Yes , I like all women WISH for a Prince Charming ..but I m lucky to get a good earner who is willing to listen to me and be loyal to me ..... and now I have to step up to the plate and run the show .
Thank God I'm surrounded by men who ( I think) will let me do it .
