Hi everyone!  How are you doing this fine Sunday morning? 

Not a lot planned for me today.  Cooking the family meal tonight (yes, I'M cooking... doesn't happen often) and found a lemon pie recipe I'm going to try to make low carb/low sugar.  I'll let you know how it works out.

Red Wings are on TV at 3, so that's a priority today.  Also have to run to the storage unit to see if I can find a backrest pad for one of my motorcycles.  I'm going to clean her up and take some new pics and post on Craigslist to see if I can sell her.  My son won't be happy with me, but oh well....

B - 1/2 homemade on wheat egg/ham/cheese Muffin..
B2 - double mint cookie protein drink made with 1/2 milk and 1/2 water
L - cheese cubes and a few beers

Nice day here - finally.  Still didn't get out on my bike - the wind is just a howling!  But I did get my little bike cleaned up and posted on Craigslist - lets see if I get any bites on it!

Good Morning, just a day full of planting for me, still taking it easy these tubes are a hinderance.

Ya know - I really DO feel for ya with those tubes - I really can't imagine how you're doing it - I had mine a week and they drove me absolutely crazy.  Are you still draining?

ACCH I LOVEThe feeling .. beating the bikes They were having a BEEG race down by the shore ... the 5 boro bike tour .. so I had a LOT of them to beat go Ava go Ava ! you guys should see the eyes falling out of these arrogant guys at the head of the pack HEADS when a mere grrl on rollerblades passes em by lol ! Id give a lot to know whether theyre angry they got left behind ( some of them huff and puff so DESPERATELY trying to catch up lol ! ) or thinking my ass looks nice .... they sure make a meal of me with their eyes lol ....
