When do you know to stop?

i agree with everyone else!  1 - you don't look anorexic at all  & 2 - you look healthy and beautiful!

it could be the old "head game" that we all go through!  our brains can't keep up with the weight loss so i think we can look in the mirror....or at pictures and second guess ourselves!  i would love to see me the way others see me!  i still look int he mirror and see that fat lady looking back at me!

my nutritionist also told me that our bodies will stop losing when it's time!
