Second 5K today

Yup, I now have two t-shirts.  This last one a size medium.  I looked smokin in it.  When I get my race picture I'll try and post it if it doesn't look too awful.  

Awesome!!  congratulations on your wonderful accomplishment!  i just did my 6th 5k last saturday.  of course, you're doing much better than i've done.....my first one (last october) i finished in about 47 minutes....my life flashed before my eyes....almost died!!! and then last saturday my time was 34:52....a personal best!  woohoo!  i'm trying to do a race each month just to keep me motivated......i'm one that will just stop and sit down if i'm not careful!!! 

like you...i just love the race day!  i love pinning on that bib and i love getting my tshirt and i love trying to beat my last time!  my running is more like trotting like a chicken but in my heart.....i run like a gazelle!!!  i'm 52 and had never been a "runner" before the couch 2 5k!

you're doing great!  keep posting!  would love to see the pix!!!
