I can keep up with the lettuce, spinach and collards in the garden even though I didn't plant much. We have to eat greens at least one meal a day around here.
I ordered Edamame seeds today for the garden. I'm excited about growing my own.

Snack on plane: Mixed Nuts and Protein Drink
L/D Golden Corral: I had all kinds of meat and 2 small bites of coconut cream pie (wasn't good so why waste the calories) Avoided all carbs except for those 2 bites.

1 cup pnut butter
1 egg or 1/4/ cup egg sub
1 cup splenda
1 tsp vanilla
Mix all together,drop ont ungreased cookie sheet. flatten in a cris cross pattern with a fork dipped in splenda. bake at 350 for 8-10 min. do not overcook!
Per cookie using egg sub: Cals 97,Pro 4,Fat 8 Net carb 2,Sugar 1, Sodium 81
using egg: Cals 102,Pro 4, Fat 9
Net carb 2,sugar 1,Sodium 86
You can also make one cookie this way:
1 tbsp pnut butter
1 tbsp splenda
1 tsp egg sub
1 drop vanilla
I'm so glad to be home tonight. I've eaten every meal out since Tuesday morning. I dread getting on the scales in the morning.
