I ordered Edamame seeds today for the garden.  I'm excited about growing my own.

Hi Jody!  Relaxing in our vacation house.  We had to get up at 2:30am this morning and DH is pretty worn out.  DD's and I went to Walmart and got a few groceries and necessities while the guys took a nap and watched the little ones...do you think they could do both at the same time? It's a good thing we had a list and it take us long at the store....lol

Snack on plane:  Mixed Nuts and Protein Drink
L/D  Golden Corral:   I had all kinds of meat and 2 small bites of coconut cream pie (wasn't good  so why waste the calories)  Avoided all carbs except for those 2 bites.

They really are  yum...
1 cup pnut butter
1 egg or 1/4/ cup egg sub
1 cup splenda
1 tsp vanilla

Mix all together,drop ont ungreased cookie sheet. flatten in a cris cross pattern with a fork dipped in splenda. bake at 350 for 8-10 min. do not overcook!

Per cookie using egg sub: Cals 97,Pro 4,Fat 8 Net carb 2,Sugar 1, Sodium 81

using egg: Cals 102,Pro 4, Fat 9
Net carb 2,sugar 1,Sodium 86

You can also make one cookie this way:
1 tbsp pnut butter
1 tbsp splenda
1 tsp egg sub
1 drop vanilla

Hi Jody,
I'm so glad to be home tonight.  I've eaten every meal out since Tuesday morning.  I dread getting on the scales in the morning.
Here's today's eats:

B:  Protein Decaf Coffee

L:  Scoop of Subway chicken salad

D:  3 chicken wings(mild) couple of tater chips from Zaxby's
S:  Probably nothing

Vitamins:  Done
Water:  100 ozs
Miles:  Used stairs instead of elevator

Hope Roz has a great vacation and the cheer teams do good.
