Hey everyone!  I think Roz is finally on her way to vacationland!  WOOHOO - good for her and I hope she has a safe and uneventful journey.

B - 2 protein coffees and more coffee...
L - chicken ala king with a REAL biscuit (bad me)
S - celery sticks and lite laughing cow cheese
D - IDK - whatever Tom's making, but he's good with meat/veggies

I hope Roz has a great trip also! Last night I ate the head off a milk chocolate bunny, not proud but WAS proud I put it down and stopped before I ate more and dumped.

I haven't added up totals yet
